Did you copy the key correctly?

It is easy to make a mistake when typing a key by hand.

1. Compare the key you entered with the key you received, character by character.
2. Watch for similar-looking characters that are easily swapped — for example the letter "O" and the number "0".
3. To avoid typos, go to My Library and copy the key from there instead of retyping it.
