Are you activating the game on the right platform?

Keys only work on the platform they were issued for. A common mistake is buying a product for one platform and trying to activate it on another (for example, entering a Steam key on Epic Games).

1. Double-check which platform your key is intended for.
2. Make sure you are redeeming the key on that exact platform.
