1. General

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform and every order placed through it. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

The platform is an online marketplace for digital products — such as activation keys for games, downloadable content, software licenses, subscriptions and gift cards — delivered electronically.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" — the online store, including all of its pages, features and services.
• "Customer", "you" — any person who uses the platform or places an order.
• "Product" — any digital item offered on the platform, such as an activation key, license code, subscription or gift card.
• "Publisher" — the third party that developed or publishes the underlying game or software and operates the service on which a Product is activated.

3. Account

You may browse the platform without an account, but an account is required to complete a purchase. When registering you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Products, regions and compatibility

Each Product page states the relevant platform (e.g. Steam, PlayStation, Xbox) and, where applicable, the region in which the Product can be activated. Region restrictions and platform requirements are set by Publishers, not by us. Before purchasing, please verify that the Product matches your platform, region and system requirements. Orders placed for an incompatible region or platform are not considered defective.

Product availability and prices may change at any time. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if an order was placed at a clearly erroneous price, we may cancel it and refund the full amount paid.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown including any applicable VAT for your billing country where required by law. A service and payment-processing fee may be added at checkout and is always displayed before you confirm the purchase.

Payment is processed by established third-party payment providers. We never receive or store your full card details. We may decline or cancel orders that fail fraud or verification checks; any amount already charged for a cancelled order is refunded.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically to your account and/or the email address on the order — there is no physical shipment. Delivery normally takes place within minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases (additional verification, temporary supplier delays, pre-orders) delivery can take longer; pre-ordered Products are delivered on or around the official release date.

If a Product cannot be delivered, the order (or the undeliverable part of it) is refunded to the original payment method.

7. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Under EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium expires once performance has begun with your express consent. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the activation key or code has been made available to you.

As long as a key has not yet been revealed or delivered to you, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

8. Refunds and faulty Products

If a delivered key is invalid, already used at the moment of delivery, or otherwise does not work as described, contact support within a reasonable time and before activating it elsewhere. We will investigate with the supplier and, where the claim is confirmed, provide a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are not provided for Products that were successfully activated, for purchases made for the wrong region or platform despite the information shown on the Product page, or for a change of mind after the key has been revealed. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; use stolen or unauthorised payment methods; initiate unjustified chargebacks; resell Products commercially without authorisation; use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the platform; or attempt to interfere with the platform's operation or security. We may cancel orders and suspend accounts involved in such activity.

10. Intellectual property

All games, software and related trademarks belong to their respective Publishers and owners. A purchase grants you only the licence issued by the relevant Publisher under its own end-user terms; it does not transfer any intellectual-property rights. The platform's own content, branding and design may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profit. Products are operated by Publishers on their own services; we are not responsible for changes Publishers make to their games, servers or services after activation.

Information about how personal data is processed is set out in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect legal changes or new features. The version published on the platform at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be announced on the platform.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
