Refund Policy

Effective Sep 9, 2026

1. Who this policy is from

This Refund Policy applies to every order placed on 360loot, a shop operated by 360 DIGITAL LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach our support team at [email protected].

It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and explains in practical terms how sections 7 and 8 of those Terms are applied. Where this policy and the Terms differ, the Terms prevail.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products only — activation keys, licence codes, subscriptions and gift cards. Nothing is shipped physically. Your key appears in your account and is emailed to you, normally within a few minutes of your payment clearing.

Because the product is a code, a key that has been revealed to you cannot be taken back. That is why the rules below distinguish between keys you have seen and keys you have not.

3. Cancelling before your key is revealed

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins with your express consent, which you give at checkout.

As long as your key has not yet been revealed or delivered, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Contact us with your order number and we will cancel the order.

4. When we replace or refund

We will put things right if:

  • your key was never delivered;
  • your key is invalid, or was already used at the moment it was delivered to you;
  • the platform rejects your key, or it activates a different product than the one described;
  • the key is not valid in the region stated on the product page;
  • the publisher revokes the key through no fault of your own;
  • you were charged twice for the same order.

Our first step is a working replacement key. If we cannot supply one within a reasonable time, we refund you in full to your original payment method.

5. When we cannot refund

We cannot refund a purchase where:

  • the key has been successfully redeemed or activated;
  • you changed your mind after the key was revealed to you;
  • you bought a key for a region, platform or edition other than the one you wanted, and the correct details were stated on the product page;
  • a gift card or subscription code has been used, in whole or in part;
  • your platform account is suspended or banned, or your hardware does not meet the publisher's published system requirements;
  • the claim reaches us more than 30 days after delivery, unless the law of your country gives you longer.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any of the above.

6. How to make a claim

Sign in and use Contact → Report an Order Issue. The form asks for the order number, the affected key and a description of what went wrong, and lets you attach evidence.

Please include a screenshot of the exact error the platform shows you. Claims with clear evidence are resolved considerably faster, because most cases have to be confirmed with our supplier before a key can be replaced.

Do not attempt to activate a key elsewhere, resell it, or share it publicly before contacting us — we may be unable to confirm the claim with our supplier afterwards.

7. How long a refund takes

We reply to every claim within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days, though cases needing supplier confirmation can take longer.

Once a refund is approved, we return the money to the original payment method within 14 days. How quickly it appears then depends on your bank or card issuer, which commonly adds a few more working days.

Payments made in cryptocurrency are refunded in the same cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you provide. Exchange rates move, so the value you receive in your local currency may differ from the value at the time you paid. Network fees are not refundable.

8. Please talk to us before opening a dispute

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first — nearly every case is resolved with a replacement key the same day. Opening a chargeback before contacting us usually takes longer to settle and may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is open.

Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it; the effective date is shown at the top of this page.

10. Contact

Questions about a refund can be sent to [email protected], or through our contact page.
