How to Redeem a PlayStation Key
Follow these steps to redeem your code on PlayStation console or the PS Store.
Requisiti
You need a PlayStation Network (PSN) account. Redeem on your PS4/PS5 console, the PlayStation Store website, or the PlayStation App. Make sure your account region matches the code region.

Open the PlayStation Store
On your PS4 or PS5, navigate to the PlayStation Store from the home screen. You can also redeem codes via the PlayStation App on your phone or at store.playstation.com on a computer.

Select "Redeem Codes"
On console, scroll down in the store and select "Redeem Codes" (PS5) or click the three dots at the bottom of the sidebar and choose "Redeem Codes" (PS4). On the web or app, click your avatar and select "Redeem Code".

Enter your 12-character code
Type or paste your 12-digit redemption code (formatted as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Double-check for any characters that look similar, such as the number 0 and the letter O.

Confirm and download
Review the item details and select "Redeem". For games and DLC, go to your Game Library to download. For wallet top-ups and subscriptions, the credit or membership is applied to your account immediately.
